ABSTRACT
6 The cheapest bronze insurance plan will rise an average of 13.9% in 2015 for 40-year-old nonsmokers earning 225% of the poverty level in 15 big cities and D.C., according to an IBD analysis. In Seattle, the after-subsidy premium will jump 64%. This could be a shock to existing customers as well as new sign-ups, who may be more inclined to seek the cheapest plans.
