ABSTRACT
One of Romania's major conditions to integrate in the Euro- Atlantic structures - Information Society - is now playing an essential and decisive role in the government's political and economical development program. It is an essential component in minimizing gaps and removing interstate barriers, with the support of three major areas: information technology, communications technology and production of electronic content.
