ABSTRACT
I listened to Tory MP Eric Pickles complaining about the lack of hospital doctors and nurses. Yet many doctors and nurses qualified last month and are now looking for jobs, so why not employ them? That's what we trained them for, instead of flying in doctors from overseas for a weekend shift, which would have paid for five doctors looking for work.
