Grassland UK show takes place at Bridge Farm, Pylle, next to the Bath&West Showground, Shepton Mallet, on Wednesday, May 7, 2003. This triennial show, organised by the Royal Bath & West of England Society, will feature over 16ha (40 acres) of grass trials and working demonstrations and more than 100 trade stands. Firms will be demonstrating their latest machinery and experts will be on hand with a range of technical and financial advice. The show, which used to be known as Grassland South West, is sponsored by agricultural firms Dalgety, NatWest and Terra, with support from Ecosyl and BPI Agri. Ticket prices are pound;7.50 in advance or £9 on the gate and can be booked on the credit card hotline (01749-822222). The show runs from 9.30am to 5pm.
