The article discusses some problems related to virtual server backup, and how to solve those problems to ensure efficient data protection. It is stated that virtual server backups can lead to many problems when using traditional backup methods in which data is copied from each virtual machine (VM). It is mentioned that virtual server backup and data protection can be achieved through several methods, including vStorage application programming interfaces (APIs) from VMware Inc.
