Discloses that United Healthcare Plans of Florida and Orlando Regional Healthcare System have submitted to Florida state officials applications to provide a range of capitated services to elderly Medicaid recipients. Aim of the pilot project to encourage residents to delay use of nursing home services for as long as possible; Medicaid enrollees that are eligible for the program.
