The article explores the possibility of hospitality in a multi-faith world. Topics discussed include the meanings of the word "hospitality," an examination of the Greek epic "Odyssey" by Homer, and an analysis of the Hebraic prophetic tradition. Also examined is the philosophy of French Lithuanian Jewish philosopher Emmanuel Levinas.
