ABSTRACT
The article discusses the massive open online courses (MOOCs), which are well-established tool for higher education providers to share academic knowledge, and its possible use in secondary education Great Britain. It states that MOOCs are free to access, provide in-depth online learning, and can be validated as points earning courses towards real degrees. It mentions the study conducted by Ian Koxvold regarding the challenges and possibilities of MOOCs in secondary schools.
