ABSTRACT
The article emphasizes ways to avoid harassment by a supervisor. Topics discussed include the court cases Faragher v. City of Boca Raton, Ellerth v. Burlington Industries and Vance v. Ball State, the mandatory anti-harassment rules and processes training for supervisors, and the components of an efficient training program on anti-harassment. Also discussed is the availability of various resources such as workbooks, videos and programs on the Internet.
