ABSTRACT
The article reports the filing by the National Association of Tobacco Outlets (NATO) on June 4, 2014 of a supplemental legal brief against the requirement to cigarette retailers to install countertop and cigarette display case header signs with the U.S. Federal District Court for the District of Columbia. The requirement was ordered by Federal District Court Judge Gladys Kessler in her 2006 ruling. A brief was also filed by the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) on the issue.
