The relationship between personal values and organizational culture in Golestan University of Medical Sciences and Health

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and personal values among employees the educational campus of Golestan University of Medical Sciences, Research population size is 235 individuals are employees the educational campus of Golestan University of Medical Sciences, this study has one main hypothesis and nine Subsidiary hypothesis was examined, The sample was comprised of 145 employees of the simple random sampling were selected using a table of Krejcie and Morgan, Method of study is descriptive -- survey and correlative. To collect the data, the researcher made questionnaire of organizational culture and personal values questionnaire was used. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics such as Spearman's correlation test was used. Study showed a 99 percent confidence level that Between organizational culture and personal values among employees the educational campus of Golestan University of Medical Sciences, there is a significant relationship, also All secondary research hypotheses have been approved.
