States that the revised version of the Health and Safety Commission's Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations in the United Kingdom specifically requires the reporting of workplace violence. Clarification of the regulation; Incidents that should be considered as violent and must be reported according to the Trades Union Congress; Percentage of all acts of violence which took place at work according to a 1992 survey.
