Regency execs will buy unit from Sun, put HQ in Newport

Reports that a group of executives of Regency Health Services Incorporated will purchase a group of Regency's facilities known as Meridian Neurocare, as a result of a merger deal between Sun Healthcare Group Incorporated and Regency. Amount which Meridian will be sold for; Regency executive heading the group; Amount Sun Healthcare will pay for Regency.
