Reports that the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' (NAIC) Replacement Issues Working Group has accepted all of the suggestions of the National Association of Life Underwriters (NALU) concerning how the insurance industry of the United States should regulate internal and external replacements. Incorporation of NALU's suggestions on NAIC's exposure draft.
