Studies the discrepancy between occurrence, provider identification and documentation of delirium in AIDS patients conducted at Washington State community-based nursing facility (SNF). Need to train medical staff in recognizing symptoms of delirium; Recommendation for delirium patients for psychiatric evaluation.
