Diet high in fruits, veggies and low-fat milk reduces blood pressure

Reports a study by the US National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute concluded that a healthy diet consisting of plenty of fruits, vegetables and low-fat milk can lower blood pressure and may even eliminate the need for medicine in some people.
