ABSTRACT
The main purpose of the study is to examine the relation between Payam Noor University personnel's tendency to survive, West Azerbaijan Province based on supervision quality and organizational undertaking. The study method is descriptive - measurement. Most study findings state supervision quality and organizational undertaking have relation with the University personnel's tendency to survive.
