ABSTRACT
Today's world is the age of competition, change and evolution. Since this change and evolution is the most important environmental feature in today's organizations, all organizations require new thoughts and innovative ideas for survival, promotion and even the maintenance of their status, and they should have a modernism, innovation and creativity in their organizational environment to avoid stagnation and destruction. The present paper seeks to investigate the fertilization methods of creativity to achieve the objectives of an organization and the way it flourishes. In this paper, the concept of creativity and innovation, conditions of components, characteristics of creative individuals and organizations and also ways of the reinforcement of innovation and its impact on and the role it plays in organizations have been explained.
