The article offers the author's insights on the engagement and commitment of the television network Home Box Office (HBO) on HIV/AIDS programs in the U.S. Topics include the adaptation of the network of the play "The Normal Heart," by Larry Kramer, the influence of mass media on educating the public for sex education, and how the HBO manage to guide the viewers on understanding the global pandemic.
