In a deal the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport Board will sell$ 1.718 billion of joint revenue bonds in an insured deal led by J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. All of the bonds are subject to the alternative minimum tax and mature serially from 2013 to 2035. The debt will be sold in two tranches — one of$ 1.6 billion of fixed-rate bonds and one of$ 118 million of auction-rate bonds backed by payments to be made over three years by the Federal Transportation Security Administration. The city and county of Denver sold$ 250 million of airport system revenue bonds wrapped with XL Capital Assurance insurance in a structure that included$ 161 million of AMT bonds with a top yield of 5.20 1241328n 2033 with a 5coupon.
