ABSTRACT
Phil Livingston, former president and chief executive of the organization Financial Executives International (FEI) is profiled in this article. Livingston has transitioned to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of World Wrestling Entertainment, the provider of televised wrestling entertainment. One of his biggest disappointments is the slow rise in membership since 1999. He contributed to the signing of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act in the U.S. Livingston's contributions to improving FEI's information technology division is also discussed.
