Reports that despite winning a lawsuit in the Arkansas Supreme Court that alleged the city illegally issued revenue bonds to purchase a site for the William Clinton Presidential Library, officials in Little Rock, Arkansas likely will wait weeks before selling $ 4 million in bonds. Court decision concerning the revenue bond deal; Increase in parking service to meet the debt; Possibility that plaintiff will ask for rehearing.
