Topics discussed include a peace deal signed by the rival factions that calls for the formation of a transitional government and the immediate end of conflict and possible humanitarian relief work, the fragility of the peace deal and possible involvement of Sudan that will ensure South Sudan does not become a proxy colony of international actors.
