ABSTRACT
The article reports on the comment letter filed by a coalition of advocacy groups representing the U.S. retirement plan service providers with the Office of Management and Budget over the proposed rule changes of the Labor Department. The letter follows the department's proposed amendments under section 408(b)(2) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act announced on March 12, 2014. The amendment would notify the 408(b)(2) service provider disclosure regulations.
