The article features the company Rowboat Creative in Chicago, Illinois founded in 2006 with seven full-time employees which designs and makes screen printing, embroidery and tag relabeling. The company is owned by Lucas Guariglia and Joe Zangrilli who started Rowboat in the same manner as many small business owners.
