ABSTRACT
The article reports on Whitechurch Securities Ltd. which is diversifying its high equity portfolio by using property and absolute return funds. It is reported that, the company has taken the decision to increase its exposure in property securities keeping in mind the fact that the economy of Great Britain is now recovering. According to managing director of Whitechurch Securities Gavin Haynes, the company has increased its holding in Threadneedle UK Property trust from 10% to 15%.
