ABSTRACT
Reports that a 1987 National Medical Expenditure Survey, found that among the approximately 323,000 Americans with developmental disabilities living in long-term care facilities, young people were the most likely to be severely disabled. Percentage of young developmentally disabled residents of institutions who have severe levels of retardation; Rate of visual impairment among young residents.
