Reports on the 34th Street Partnership's objection to a huge billboard advertisement for Perth Amboy, New Jersey-based outerwear manufacturer First Down USA. Billboard's showcase of National Basketball Association (NBA) player Stephon Marbury decked out in a First Down bubble coat; Criticism of the billboard for alleged violation of a 1961 city zoning resolution barring advertising of the kind from the area.
