ABSTRACT
Reports that Rod Carew and his family were nearly kicked off a Northwest Airlines plane after Carew reprimanded an attendant for flinging a picture of his dead daughter into an overhead compartment. Carew's request that the picture be put into a storage area; Plane captain's request that either Carew apologize to the attendant or step off the plane.
