ABSTRACT
The article focuses on Chile from a tourist's point of view. Tours, hot-spring spas, and places to sight-see are described. The local cuisine is said to be quite good, particularly the exotic seafood. The scenic beauty of the countryside is discussed. Chilean culture is said to resemble European culture, though the Chileans are said to believe that their Argentine neighbors seem even more European.
