Information on the Berlin document signed by Soviet Communist Party Chairman Leonid Brezhnev and the leaders of Moscow-line parties attending the conference; Plan of the pro-Moscow parties to continue to adhere to the Soviet concepts of international proletarianism; Opinion that Berlin conference and Eurocommunism are a gigantic fraud being perpetrated by Western European Communists on Moscow's orders to achieve domination in a changed political context.
