ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the need to provide better legal services to victims of human trafficking in the U.S. It is stated that human trafficking to the U.S. involves China, Vietnam, Thailand, Ukraine, Russia, and the Czech Republic. Trafficking occurs in the form of debt bondage, and appears in industries including sex trades, agriculture, and construction. A conference on Comprehensive Immigration Reform stressed the need for civil and criminal litigation to prevent human trafficking.
