ABSTRACT
There is an increasing demand for IT professionals to work as part of cross-functional teams and enhance their business skills. Organizations have realized that IT can give them a competitive advantage, but know that technology alone will not help them reap business benefits and cut costs. As a result, they want IT practitioners to understand what the finance and sales directors need and the intricacies of business benefits.
