TBMA to Honor Arthur Miller, VP at Goldman Sachs

The Bond Market Association (TBMA) plans to present its annual chairman's achievement award to Arthur M. Miller, a vice president in Goldman, Sachs& Co.'s municipal bond department, for his contributions to the muni market. The award, which is to be presented to Miller on April 10, 2003 during TBMA's annual meeting in New York City, will recognize Miller's years of industry experience and service to association. “ On countless occasions spanning the last eighteen years, Arthur Miller has given of his time and shared his expertise to help in the association's efforts to promote tax-exempt bonds before Congress, the Treasury, and other bodies,” said Micah S. Green, TBMA's president.
