The article reports on prediction by general counsel at major African organisations that like their counterparts in the U.S. and Great Britain, they are increasingly able to control their legal spend and bring work in-house. Ngozi Okonkwo, chief legal officer for Nigerian energy giant Oando, said in-house teams are putting efforts to do a lot more work themselves.
