ABSTRACT
Examines the influence of various aspects of self-efficacy on the exercise attendance of novice exercisers. Behavioral intention (BI) as the best predictor of the first two months of exercise attendance; Indication that both efficacy, barrier and scheduling, predicted BI throughout the exercise program.
