Black mayors pull convention out of California for 1996

Reports the decision by the African-American organizations to withdraw their convention and meetings from the state of California to protest against California's moves towards dismantling affirmative action. Change of the 1996 convention site from California by the National Urban League; Resolution passed by the National Conference of Black Mayors Inc. to withdraw all its meetings from the state of California.
