ABSTRACT
Reports on the reaffirmation of the Illinois Supreme Court of the state's long standing common-law rule that no cause of action exists for social hosts who provide alcoholic beverages to their guests, including minors. Dismissal of `Charles versus Seigfried,' Numbers 76617 and 77438 where in both cases minors had been killed or injured after they were served alcohol in private homes.
