Reports that twelve national groups have filed suit against prosecutor Joseph Deters for attempting to censor a Barnes & Noble bookstore in Cincinnati, Ohio by ordering it to remove a copy of `Playboy' magazine. Bookstore's alleged violation of an Ohio law that bans the display of material `harmful to juveniles'; Freedom to Read Foundation executive Judith Krug's accusation of the unconstitutionality of Deters' move.
