States that gun control advocates in Canada regularly cite polls indicating most people favor tighter gun controls, but closer examination reveals that such sentiments stem mostly from ignorance, not conviction. How Wendy Cukier, president of the Toronto-based Coalition For Gun Control, is adamant that most Canadians support added restrictions.
