ABSTRACT
The article reports that the First Instance Division Court in Tanzania dismissed two cases as it wound up its 5th Session on February 28, 2014. The two cases were filed by Burundi residents over the arrest and detention on suspicion of murder cases of two citizens in Burundi. Onbe resident alleged that he was arrested on suspicion of the murder of one Ernest Manirumva and detained.
