ABSTRACT
The article reports that Xcite Energy Ltd. has filed its annual Statement of Reserves Data and other Oil and Gas Information (Form 51-101F1) on the basis of standards of the Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities. A Reserves Assessment Report (RAR) has been prepared by the auditor AGR TRACS International on the statement. As mentioned, all the oil and gas reserves of the company are managed by its wholly owned subsidiary Xcite Energy Resources (XER).
