ABSTRACT

(CESC) Ltd. has asked the government of Calcutta to increase the price of electric power by 18 percent for the fiscal year 2014-2015 because of the increased cost of coal and inflation. The West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission has recently increased the price by 0.15 percent on the request of CESC.
