ABSTRACT
An interview with co-owner of Peace Tree Farm, Lloyd Traven is presented. When asked about the decision to hire only teammates under age 30, he refers to the reality of what they were doing. He comments on the factors which influenced his operation's change in philosophy. Traven believes in empowering, and compelling the employees under the age of 30 years for working.
