Most of Karapapak / Terekeme people live in Borçalı in today is located within of Georgia. Borçalı next to the rich history of the language, literature, culture science concerning such issues as raised stands out with poets and writers. Valeh Hacılar lived in this area and it was a successful scientist and a good poet and he to successfully move as long lived as well as to make his poems have been written.
