ABSTRACT
The author discusses American psychiatrist William Glasser's concept of Quality World in the U.S. He cites his explanation of the theory through the use of PowerPoint presentation of the parable of the blind men and the elephant, as well as different images to effectively illustrate the significance of the concept. The author also mentions the important factors needed to build a Quality World.
