ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's view on the social personality disorder influenced by social media sites such as Facebook. It examines the use of the Myers Briggs personality tests (MBPT), a psychometric assessment which measures psychological preference, towards human resources sector. It mentions the political and cultural factors which affects the human social personality. It also adds the role of market culture in defining one's social behavior.
