ABSTRACT
The article offers a report about the developments in the region 3 of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The announcement EPA about the 73,790-dollar penalty imposed to gas product supplier Matheson Tri-Gas Inc. for not submitting a required risk management plan in a facility is tackled. Also discussed are the EPA approved SIP revisions to several states include Delaware, Maryland, and District of Columbia.
