Where Have All the Role Models Gone?

The article focuses on finding good role models in the financial service industry. Finding a positive role model can inspire one to develop potential as an advisor, parent, spouse, or friend. A role model can inspire one to set a good example to those around. When advisors identify an elite advisor as a role model, they begin to pattern themselves after this person.
