ABSTRACT
Troy, Michigan-based staffing company Kelly Services Inc. stated that its earnings for the first quarter of 2003 will be lower than expected. It expects earnings to range between a loss of three cents a share to a profit of one cent a share. Chairman and chief executive officer of Kelly Services Terence Adderley stated that uncertainty about the economic recovery and geopolitical events have combined to unexpectedly reduce demand for staffing services.
